Nascar Pit Crew Trip - Needs 10 Participants!
Join us on April 20 for an exciting NASCAR based day-trip to Mooresville, North Carolina. This is the home of Pit Instruction and Training, a state of the art facility owned by Jeff Hammond of Fox Sports and former pit crew chief. Your behind-the-scenes tour gives you an insiders look at how a championship pit crew functions and how they choreograph their exciting pit stops. You will be able to ask the crew members questions and also handle the jack and air wrench during this interactive stop. Also, included is a stop at JR Motorsports, Dale Earnhardt, Jr.'s Nationwide Series shop. Your afternoon concludes at Memory Lane Museum which houses the largest private collection of retired Nascar and vintage race cars in existence! Fee includes breakfast biscuit, step on guide, all tour fees, escort and transportation! Lunch is on your own at Lancaster's BBQ, well known for its BBQ and other southern dishes. Bus departs Brambleton Center at 6:30 AM and returns at 8:30 PM; departs Green Ridge Recreation Center at 7:00 AM and returns at 8:00 PM.
