Green Ridge Tops 1,000 Individual Members!

Over 400 families have joined Roanoke County's new Green Ridge Recreation Center, accounting for over 1,000 individual members. With less than two months until our Grand Opening, it's not too late to join the fun. There are only 100 "founding member" spaces left. Founding members get a prize pack, program discounts and the opportunity to purchase a "Super Splash" membership which includes admission to the outdoor leisure pool Splash Valley. Once we reach our goal of 500 founding members (possibly in the next two weeks) we will not longer offer this membership option. Find out more on our Green Ridge website.

REConnection Fall Supplement Arrives in Mailboxes This Week

This publication contains an updated list of fall session programs still available for registration, plus 7 pages of new information about the new Green Ridge Recreation Center. Camp Roanoke Renews ACA Accrediation With High Marks

Camp Roanoke was once again awarded accrediation from the American Camp Association with a 99% overall rating in the follwing areas - Site & Food Service, Operational Management, Human Resources, Program Design & Activities, Program Aquatics, Program Adventure Challenge, Program Horse, Program Trip & Travel, Health & Wellness and transportation.
