Stir-Fry Workshop - Next Thursday

Learn the secrets of a perfect stir-fry using meats and vegetables from the refrigerator. You will prepare stir-fry rice and a western style stir-fry using the basic stir-fry techniques to make perfect meals. You will understand how to adapt stir-frying to any cuisine. Rock Climbing Saturday - 5 Spaces Left!

Get the experience of real rock climbing with Camp Roanoke's trained guides, for just $35. You will witness firsthand what it's like to climb the great cliffs Virginia has to offer. The trip includes all equipment, transportation, guides and instruction on climbing technique. No experience necessary. Ages 13 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Kings Dominion Trip - October 23

There are still a few spaces left on our exciting Halloween Trip to Kings Dominion on October 23. Ages 5 and up tickets and transportation for jst $75. Mazes, scare zones, monsters, and most important, rides! Also, for a less scary experience for kids-Planet Snoopy is available. New for 2010- is the Intimidator 305 roller coaster. Join us for a day of fun at King's Dominion Halloween Haunt and don't worry about the driving and gas. Fee includes transportation on Abbott Trailways charter bus, parking, and ticket. Please bring extra money for meals and souvenirs. Children under the age of 11 must be accompanied by a parent. Children between ages of 11-15 will be chaperoned by staff.
