Tons of Fun Postponed a Week

The annual Tons of Fun event at Tanglewood Mall previously scheduled for tomorrow (2/6/10) has been postponed one week due to inclement weather. The event will now be held on February 13 from 10am to 4pm. We apologize for the inconvenience. Tons of Fun is a FREE family event featuring games, face painting, balloon animals and lots of fun for all ages.

Several Spots Left in Lose Big Weight Loss Class

Join instructor Anthony Bryant as you commit to that New Year's resolution to loose weight and get in shape. Each class will start with a weigh in, a 30 to 45 minute workout and a question and answer session on working out and healthy eating. You are encouraged to keep a workout and food log to bring to class each week. It is much easier to make changes with the support and encouragement of you group. Each participant is also encouraged to get medical clearance from a doctor before starting the program. Classes are Mondays or Wednesdays beginning February 22. Register Online Here
