Several Spots Left in Lose Big Weight Loss Class
Join instructor Anthony Bryant as you commit to that New Year's resolution to loose weight and get in shape. Each class will start with a weigh in, a 30 to 45 minute workout and a question and answer session on working out and healthy eating. You are encouraged to keep a workout and food log to bring to class each week. It is much easier to make changes with the support and encouragement of you group. Each participant is also encouraged to get medical clearance from a doctor before starting the program. Classes are Mondays or Wednesdays beginning February 22. Register Online Here
