Beginning in fall 2010, Roanoke County will offer new After School for Kids programs at Cave Spring Elementary School and Glen Cove Elementary School. Glen Cove students will be transported by bus to Green Ridge Recreation Center. Call 857-5035 for registration information. Open registration for all ASK program will take place in the coming weeks. ASK is a recreation program for grades K-5 where children can have fun while learning through age-appropriate activities that foster physical, social, emotional, and cognative development. The ASK program operates Monday through Friday from 2pm-6pm throughout the school year. ASK features your choice of a three-day or five day weekly fee, with no additional activity fee.
