Clay College at Brambleton this Saturday

The Blue Ridge Potters Guild and the Brambleton Center present 'Clay College'. See demonstrations such as throwing, trimming, decorating, tool making, learn 'hands on' how to make a Chinese glaze brush. Highwater Clay will have a station for you to test Amaco glazes on your own test tiles and receive samples of their clays and will also have books, tools and other pottery supplies. The Kiln Doctor will be there to teach kiln safety and use. He can answer all your kiln questions and will have pottery & kiln supplies available. There will be 7 or more classes going on during the afternoon. You pick the classes that interest you.
