Youth Police Academy - Learning Program

What exactly does a police officer do? How can I become one? Kids ages 9-12 can join the Roanoke County Police Department beginning Tuesday, October 6th in this six week program that will give you hands on experience in everything from learning how evidence is collected, seeing a dispatcher in action, meeting the K-9 unit and seeing the inside of real police cruiser!
