Roanoke County Parks offers full day enrichment programs at Green Ridge Recreation Center during teacher's work days on March 11, March 19 and May 31. Hatha Yoga at Green Ridge Starts Wed.

Great health, a clear mind, boundless energy and a positive spirit can be yours when you discover Hatha Yoga. Floor poses taught in Hatha Yoga build upper body strength while standing poses increase hamstring, quadricep, and abdominal strength which is critical for people of all ages. Class is suitable for people of all ages, as you are never too old to improve flexibility. Wear comfortable loose clothing, expect to be barefooted and bring a blanket, bath towel and a yoga mat. Green Ridge Seeking Lifeguards!

Calling anyone interested in becoming a part of the best lifeguard team in the valley. Green Ridge aquatics is having an iLifeguard informational meeting on Friday, March 12th at 6:00pm. We will have sign ups for our Ellis & Associates Lifeguarding Classes coming this Spring!! Anyone who attends will get a special p...rice break on any Ellis certification class. Meeting will be held at Green Ridge in multipurpose room B. Spread the word!!!
