Hatha Yoga at Green Ridge Starts Wed.

Great health, a clear mind, boundless energy and a positive spirit can be yours when you discover Hatha Yoga. Floor poses taught in Hatha Yoga build upper body strength while standing poses increase hamstring, quadricep, and abdominal strength which is critical for people of all ages. Class is suitable for people of all ages, as you are never too old to improve flexibility. Wear comfortable loose clothing, expect to be barefooted and bring a blanket, bath towel and a yoga mat.
